Change in Oral Argument Schedule
on Oct 4, 2009 at 2:10 pm
Because two of the advocates scheduled to argue in South Carolina v. North Carolina, which would have been the first argument of the new Term tomorrow, have had family emergencies, the Court has postponed oral argument in that case. Instead, oral arguments in the remaining two cases tomorrow will be advanced: the Court will begin at 10 a.m. with Maryland v. Shatzer and then hear oral arguments in Mohawk Industries v. Carpenter.
