A triple anniversary

This is Constitution Day — the 222nd anniversary of the adoption, at Philadelphia, of the final version of the new Constitution. But it is also an anniversary day for retired Justice David H. Souter, who was born 70 years ago. And it is the 102nd anniversary of the birth of the late Chief Justice Warren E. Burger.
