Mar 9, 2009

Michael S. Greve, a scholar at the American Enterprise Institute and a noted advocate of conservative constitutional causes, has called on the Supreme Court to ease off or even cast aside its role as a “rights Court” and to take up anew the role of a “structure Court,” a less dramatic but essential task in coordinating the constitutional actors in American society.  On March 2, he delivered AEI’s Bradley Lecture, on the topic “Commerce, Competition and the Court: An Agenda for a Constitutional Revival.”  The full text of his remarks can be found here.
