Today Howe & Russell, in conjunction with the Stanford Supreme Court Litigation Clinic and local counsel, is filing this brief for the respondents in AT&T v. Hulteen, No. 07-543. The case concerns the application of the Pregnancy Discrimination Act to AT&T’s pension practices.
