New Filing: Respondents’ Brief in AT&T v. Hulteen

Today Howe & Russell, in conjunction with the Stanford Supreme Court Litigation Clinic and local counsel, is filing this brief for the respondents in AT&T v. Hulteen, No. 07-543. Â The case concerns the application of the Pregnancy Discrimination Act to AT&Tâ€™s pension practices.
