New Filing: Respondents’ Brief in AT&T v. Hulteen

Nov 7, 2008

Today Howe & Russell, in conjunction with the Stanford Supreme Court Litigation Clinic and local counsel, is filing this brief for the respondents in AT&T v. Hulteen, No. 07-543.  The case concerns the application of the Pregnancy Discrimination Act to AT&T’s pension practices.  More about the case, including the rest of the briefs filed thus far, can be found here, on SCOTUSwiki.  The case will be argued on December 10.

Special thanks to Stanford students Patrick Nemeroff, Jaime Huling Delaye, and John Dalton, who worked on the brief for the Clinic.
