The Argument Preview of the cases of two U.S. citizens now being detained in Iraq — Munaf v. Geren (06-1666) and Geren v. Omar (07-394) — that are scheduled for argument at 10 a.m. next Tuesday is now available on ScotusWiki at this link.  The cases are consolidated for one hour of argument.
