SG discusses detainee cases

U.S. Solicitor General Paul D. Clement discussed the Supreme Court’s consideration of the two Guantanamo detainee cases in an appearance on Fox Television. The cases of Boumediene v. Bush (06-1195) and Al Odah v. U.S. (06-1196) are scheduled for argument Dec. 5. A story on the Fox website describes Clement’s comments, and provides a link to the video.
