The Court has released a brief Order List denying the motion of the Consumer Federation of America for leave to participate in oral argument in the case of Leegin Creative Leather Products v. PSKS (set for argument on 3/26) and granting the motion of the Solicitor General to participate in oral argument in Tellabs v. Makor Issues & Rights (set for argument on 3/28).
