“Ask the Author” with David Stras

For another installment of our “Ask the Author” feature (archive here), we’ve invited Professor David Stras of the University of Minnesota Law School to talk with us about some of his recent work, especially a new paper of his which contains a statistical analysis of the influence of the Supreme Court clerks in the cert. process.
