Today beginning at 10 AM Eastern, the Supreme Court is scheduled to hear one hour of oral argument in Environmental Defense v. Duke Energy (preview here) followed by one hour of argument in Whorton v. Bockting (preview here).
The Court is scheduled to make available the transcripts to both cases at some point in the afternoon; we will link to them when they are posted.
No decisions are expected to be announced today.
