Reply Brief in Ledbetter v. Goodyear

Today Howe & Russell is filing the Reply Brief for the Petitioner in Ledbetter v. Goodyear, No. 05-1074. The case concerns the application of Title VII’s limitation provision to claims of intentional pay discrimination. It is scheduled for oral argument on Nov. 27. UPDATE: Our original merits brief, along with that of respondent Goodyear Tire and Rubber, can be found here.

We produced the brief with the Stanford Law School Supreme Court Litigation Clinic. The Stanford team included Jennifer Liu, David Moskowitz, and Scott Reents. (Tom and the folks at Akin Gump are recused).
