Today Howe & Russell is filing the Reply Brief for the Petitioner in Ledbetter v. Goodyear, No. 05-1074. The case concerns the application of Title VII’s limitation provision to claims of intentional pay discrimination. It is scheduled for oral argument on Nov. 27.
