Hernandez-Ramirez v. United States
Petition granted, judgment vacated and case remanded for further consideration in light of Sessions v. Dimaya on May 14, 2018.
Issue: (1) Whether the federal generic aggravated-assault offense requires more than a showing of mere recklessness for conviction; and (2) whether the definition of an "aggravated felony" in 18 U.S.C. § 16(b) is unconstitutionally vague.
