On Friday, the Supreme Court released orders from the January 17 conference, granting six cases for a total of three hours of oral argument. The justices are expected to release additional orders from the conference on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m.

Jeffrey Fisher Guest

Jeff teaches at Stanford Law School where his work revolves around handling cases in the U.S. Supreme Court. His successes include bringing and winning the landmark cases of Crawford v. Washington and Melendez-Diaz v. Massachusetts. In addition to his teaching and practice concerning the Supreme Court, Professor Fisher has published numerous articles on various criminal and constitutional issues, and he currently is writing a treatise on the Confrontation Clause.
