Committee for Justice webinar on the end of the Supreme Court’s term

On Thursday, May 13, at 2 p.m. EDT, the Committee for Justice will host a webinar to discuss Justice Stephen Breyer’s possible retirement and the Supreme Court’s upcoming decisions at the end of the 2020-21 term, including cases on free speech online, voting rights and other issues. Curt Levey, president of the Committee for Justice, will moderate the discussion, with Carrie Severino of the Judicial Crisis Network, David Lat of Above the Law and Original Jurisdiction, and John Malcolm of the Heritage Foundation’s Institute for Constitutional Government.
