On Monday the Court issued orders from it May 28 Conference. No new cases were grants. The Court requested the views of the Solicitor General in one new case, Smith v. Aegon. The Court also issued four decisions in argued cases: Mellouli v. Lynch; Bank of America v. Caulkett; EEOC v. Abercrombie & Fitch Stores, Inc.;Elonis v. United States. On Thursday the Court will meet for its June 4 Conference.
