First summer orders list

The Supreme Court on Monday released its first orders list during the summer recess.  It can be found here.   The Court took no action on the rehearing petition in the “Anna Nicole Smith” bankruptcy case, Stern v. Marshall (10-179).  Other orders lists will be issued later in the summer.  Emergency orders, as in capital cases, come out when ready.
