Announcing a new SCOTUSblog “Special Feature”: Health-care coverage

On Tuesday, the Fourth Circuit is scheduled to hear oral argument in two cases challenging the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act.  This will be the first time that a court of appeals considers a challenge to health-care litigation.  Our reporter, Lyle Denniston, has been covering health-care litigation around the country for nearly two years.  Lyle’s coverage of the litigation is now available here (organized by date) on our new health-care litigation resource page. The page is accessible through the “Special Features” tab at the top of the SCOTUSblog homepage. Court documents relating to the litigation, as well as future coverage by SCOTUSbloggers and guest contributors, will be collected on the resource page.  Lyle’s latest post on health care is here.
