This week at the Court

At 10:00 a.m. on Monday, the Court is expected to release orders from its April 15 Conference. Our list of “Petitions to Watch†for the Conference is here. We will announce any grants from the Conference on the blog homepage, with details on the order list to follow. We expect one or more opinions to be issued on Tuesday; we will have Live Blog coverage of the opinion(s) starting at 10 a.m.
On Monday, the Court will resume oral arguments. The first argument on Monday will be Tapia v. United States (10-5400) followed by Microsoft v. i4i Limited Partnership (10-290).
On Tuesday, the Court will hear oral arguments in American Electric Power Co. Inc. v. Connecticut (10-174).
On Wednesday, the Court will hear oral arguments in United States v. Jicarilla Apache Nation (10-328)
On Friday, the Justices will meet for their April 22 Conference. Our “Petitions to Watch†list for that Conference will be available soon.
