On April 15, the Court will consider petitions on such issues as the dormant Commerce Clause, the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, and the validity of the North Carolina Supreme Court’s decision supporting the state’s refusal to release inmates who have amassed enough sentence-reduction credits to mandate release.
