Meta Blogs
Following up on the exchanges by guest posters about Raich, we’ve lined up terrific participants for discussions on the Ten Commandments cases, Kelo, and Grokster. When those cases are decided, we’ll operate the discussion board site in parallel to SCOTUSblog. We’ll let you know when any of the discussions are underway.

No discussion for Brand X? Well, it will likely come down at the same time as Grokster, so there may be some bleed over in that discussion.
Again, great job with the comment idea and the discussion blog should be fascinating next week.
TG responds: Thanks much. My thinking was that Brand X resonates with a narrower group of readers. But if others were interested in the discussion, we could certainly do it.

I have organized a new blog to discuss both Grokster and Brand X. That blog will include commentary from a group of law professors. The blog is at picker.typepad.com

Gearing up for Grokster
I’ll be getting up in about 7 hours to eagerly click away searching for a decision.

What time are decisions expected - is it 10am EST?
TG responds: Exactly.

The discussion board site doesn’t work for me. I get the right-hand column but nothing else. Is it just sitting there until the decisions are announced?
TG responds: exactly right.

I hate to be a nitpick, but since time has been a hot topic of debate around my neck of the woods this year, I feel compelled to mention that decisions are expected at 10:00 am EDT, not 10:00 am EST.
