Tom Goldstein Wants To Be Your Lawyer
Last year, Tom posted this video of how he uses his iPhone, which some readers commented was potentially an effective form of advertising. Tom decided to take it to a whole new, more direct level. The results are below. Enjoy!

Tom is lucky to be in DC where there are NO restrictions on lawyer advertising. If he were in Alabama (where I am), about the only thing left in his ad would be “a,” “the,” and perhaps “lawyer.” Oh, yeah, there would be this disclaimer: “No representation is made that the quality of legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other attorneys.” In Alabama, all lawyers are fungible. Except when they are not.

Hilarious, as always, Tom! Thanks for keeping me smiling once again. Even better than the iPhone bit! Very funny.

That was beautiful and sick, all at the same time.
I’d dump what appears to be a puny Roberts or Bush bobblehead in the add - and just stand in a Scalia diorama for a bigger impact.
Glad you’re not here.
Love,
Almost a lawyer in the Ninth.

This is an o.k. spoof. However, I must say that in most of the ads I’ve seen, attorneys tend to inadvertently spoof themselves…
