  1. From a quick read-through of the Lawrence argument transcript, it appears that Kate Bonner, a sole practitioner from Florida with no prior Supreme Court experience, may be on her way to a victory (7-2? 6-3? 9-0?) that will overturn the law of ten out of eleven circuits which have addressed the issue (an admittedly arcane one under the wording of one clause of the 1996 habeas “reform” statute known as “AEDPA”). She seems to have more than held her own on virtually every question thrown at her.
