The Court has released the opinion in Kansas v. Colorado (105, Orig.). The exceptions to the Special Master’s Report are overruled in a unanimous opinion by Justice Alito. Chief Justice Roberts filed a concurring opinion, joined by Justice Souter. The opinion is available here.
The Court has released the opinion in Vaden v. Discover Bank (07-773). The decision below, which held for the bank, is reversed and remanded in an opinion by Justice Ginsburg. Chief Justice Roberts filed an opinion concurring in part and dissenting in part, joined by Justices Stevens, Breyer, and Alito. The opinion is available here.

The decision of the Nouth Carolina Supreme Court is affirmed in a 5-4 opinion by Justice Kennedy, joined by Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Alito. Justice Thomas filed an opinion concurring in the judgment, joined by Justice Scalia. Justice Souter filed a dissenting opinion, joined by Justices Stevens, Ginsburg and Breyer.
