		<description>I hope this isn&#039;t off-topic, but it this is something like the third case in the past month that Carter Phillips has argued at the Supreme Court (the others being eBay v. MercExchange, and another whose name escapes me).  Is this just a coincidence, or is Sidley drowning in Supreme Court work?  I understand that Carter Phillips has done 50 or so of these and is part of the &quot;Supreme Court bar,&quot; but even the veterans don&#039;t seem to argue quite this often unless they&#039;re in the SG&#039;s office.
