		<description>I was wondering what happened to the apartheid case.  I don&#039;t remember the name of the case but it is the one where the dissenting judge on the appeals court advised that it be expedited to the Supreme Court.  If anyone here knows the status and likelihood of this reaching the Supreme Court I&#039;d appreciate it.</description>
