Today at the Supreme Court | 2.14.08
No oral arguments are scheduled and no non-capital orders are expected to be issued today from the Court. If any orders are issued in pending cases, we will post them promptly.
By the end of the day, the Solicitor General is expected to file a petition for certiorari and motion to expedite in Bismullah v. Gates, involving the scope of materials the government must disclose to detainees challenging their enemy combatant status before the D.C. Circuit .
