The Slow Pace of Blogging
Sorry that we haven’t had anything up on the blog lately. We have three merits briefs due at the Court within a week (two tomorrow).
Next week, I’ll be doing the color commentary (for lack of a better term) for the NPR coverage of the hearings and will be live blogging them on the Nomination Blog.
It seems that John Roberts is secure enough in his own right that he will not have to resort to the goofy “Pirates of Penzance” gold stripes Bill Rehnquist had sewn on his robe to show his importance above all others. Does anyone think I am right in this hopeful assumption?
