		<description>As someone who lives in the Santa Fe area I remain struck by how little attention this case recieves at the local level.  Perhaps it is because Santa Fe is &quot;the city different&quot;.  People remain more interested in the woman who turned in her frozen poodle to the animal shelter demanding a &quot;replacement&quot;.  Getting high on tea is just not that big a deal, here.
