<description>Lesson or Message for Democrats: Kerry, Kennedy and Dean should immediately tender their resignations:

(1) Kerry for making a call for a filibuster when he knew or should have known that he could not get the votes.

(2) Kennedy for making an ass out of himself questioning the character of Alito based on non-sense issues such as recusal and memembership in an anti-woman and minority club at Princton. He should have had a clue that no one would buy a petty attack in light of Alito&#039;s qualification. Kennedy should have stuck with Bidden&#039;s approach of attaching who Alito was replacing (O&#039;conner).

(3) Dean should resign because he has consistency failed to bring the party together to present a platform of opposition. There simplity is no loyal opposition.
