AP writer Matthew Brown has this article on the Montana water rights case.
Roger Alford has a post here at Opinio Juris on Jan Crawford Greenburg’s discussion and book signing yesterday at Pepperdine University School of Law.
Finally, Mondaq.com has this article (registration req’d) on the Court’s decision to review the standard for pleading scienter in securities fraud actions.

Given that Federal Judge William Caldwell feels that his fellow Judge’s (Arthur J. Schwab) failure to respond to a Federal complaint against him is “excusible neglience”,(2006-cv-0914, 3rd District) I think Roberts has bigger problems than a docket that is too large.
