  1. It’s time for Conservatives to line up against this man for his elevation to the High Court. The President had promised to nominate a judge in the mold of Scalia and Thomas, both of whom had been previously known to disapprove of the Roe decision. This man’s inability to articulate a clear position against Roe and other Constitutionally abhorrent decisions should remind Conservatives of Souter and Kennedy, two other judges whose conservative credentials were asserted rather than established.. The fight for the future of the Judiciary must be won by one side, not avoided by a cease fire..
