  1. Good podcast, but I think there was one error.

    The speaker made reference to the court “ordering” responses. Someone whose petition drew a response request from the court this summer was kind enough to fax it to me (I was curious), and the request (a simple letter) indicates that the Clerk’s office was ordered to request a response.

    Of course, any respondent who ignores such a request is a moron.
