Isn't Fields v. United States (whether the confrontation clause applies at capital penalty hearings) also on the agenda today?

Do you know how to get copies of the IFP petition and response in U.S. v. Hoang, 07-6154? The SCt requested a response from the SG, and the case is on the 1/11/08 conference list, but the documents are not on Westlaw or the SG web site. Thanks.

I'm filing a petition for a writ of certiorari. It is booklet form. Can anyone tell me if the appendix can be in 8.5 X 11 format? I notice none of the above cases have PDFs of the appendices to the petitions.
