		<description>I&#039;m not sure what the issue is here. For criminal investigation purposes, the FBI shouldn&#039;t be considered part of the &quot;Executive Branch&quot;, otherwise congressmen have more rights in these matters than ordinary citizens.

And there&#039;s some self-dealing in the Federal Court&#039;s decision too: As members of the Judiciary Branch, presumably these judges are saying that they, too, have immunities/priviledges vis-a-vis the FBI that ordinary citizens do not have.

As someone once said, the Attorney General isn&#039;t the President&#039;s lawyer, he&#039;s the People&#039;s lawyer. Likewise, the FBI isn&#039;t the President&#039;s investigatory agency, it too belongs to the People.

And every person should be equal before the Law.
