Thanks for your site, but re this article, etc., where you post the cases that the supremes refused to hear it would be helpful if you gave a short summary of the lower court&#039;s decision, and even by how much.

Though I don&#039;t know what was the truth, the first decision could, if true, be stated as:

&lt;p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&quot;Other issues that the Court refused to hear were:
&lt;br /&gt;** Whether federal law...&quot; &lt;i&gt;[States law permitted 5-3]&lt;/i&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
. . . OR WHATEVER.
&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
As we all know, the cases that the Supremes decide not to hear are probably less important than those that they decide to hear, but the un-heard cases still set the law of the land and give an impression as to what the Supremes decisions would be?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
