I feel as long as the courts have found the man guilty without reasonable doubt!!!! That the excution should be followed through!!!!! Remeber do unto others as you do unto yourself !!!!!!!!!!

i come from england and i do read alot about death row i think if the courts give a stay to one man over this injection business not being right then they should all get stays the injection business will be the same if i is done in C A. P A. or any of the states that execute by injection thank you for listening john

Yes, it seems that the execution can go forward, but in the light of “Baze” it is scandalous.

The flurry of activity involving Mississippi death row inmate Earl Wesley Berry left in doubt whether his execution with the use of a three-chemical formula would occur as now scheduled, at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

Where is the doubt? The stay of execution was denied. The cert petition was denied. The execution can go forward.
