Here is the OT 2005 case list, as revised to account for the Court’s October to December argument calendars, which Lyle detailed in this post.

  1. “Cases in italics are leading cases of the Term.” What does “leading cases” refer to? Is it jargon with a specific meaning or just cases generally believed to be important?
