  1. Hmmmm . . . . Gee, what could it be on? Any chance it’s the Jedi antidote to this Sith-inspired blog: http://www.nationalreview.com/benchmemos/benchmemos.asp?

    Just kidding, although a blog on judicial nominations (I wouldn’t just limit it to Supreme Court nominations) could certainly generate a good point-counterpoint exchange with the National Review blog. Wherever one comes out, that would be a good thing.
