SCOTUSblog is pleased to announce the arrival of future blogger Elizabeth (Betsy) Rose Howe-Goldstein, born to Tom and Amy this morning. Betsy (showing up at 6 lbs, 14 oz, and 20 inches) and her family are all doing well.
