March oral argument list
The Supreme Court on Friday released the list of counsel appearing for oral argument in the session that begins next Monday. It can be read here. A noteworthy fact is that Washington attorney Theodore B. Olson, a former U.S. Solicitor General, will be appearing twice during the session: in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission (08-205) on this coming Tuesday, and in Polar Tankers v. Valdez, Alaska (08-310) on Wednesday, April 1.
