I can't believe Justice Stevens really thinks that when Justice Scalia learned to drive some 55 years ago, two-lane highways had been phased out in favor of "super-highways." That isn't true even today, and was much less true in Scalia's teenage years.

Prof. Akhil Amar must be shaking his head given his push for letting juries ('the people') decide more often whether or not something is reasonable or not for 4A purposes.

Anyway, given that most of the justices are around 70, I'm not exactly sure how many are too 'young' ... Thomas also knew a thing or two about Southern back roads, no?

Shouldn't there be a link for the reader to vote "affirm" or "reverse" after viewing the tape for him/herself? I mean, after all, what's the good of this overt appeal to vox populi if the populi don't then get to vote whether the Nine Jurors got it right or wrong?
