		<description>Welcome back Jason. I wouldn&#039;t look for much argument in NJ v. DE.  The Special Master&#039;s report is very solid.  NJ will be left to argue over historical facts.  That didn&#039;t stop the Court from hearing argument the Ellis Island case, perhaps the Court feels it owes its original docket an argument.  But when DE gets up, perhaps Roberts will say, Kozinskishly, &quot;Is there anything in the argument that you haven&#039;t covered in your brief?&quot;
