		<description>They are hearing oral arguments in NJ v. Delaware even after Lancaster has issued his recommendations? Is there a link to any filings requesting argument? I can&#039;t find any via Google, and the Pierce Atwood case site only has the items directly related to Special Master proceedings, I think.</description>
