  1. Professor Dodson, I am a pro se in Los angeles California unable to find a lawyer who can help me. I am being forced to forfeit my rights to due process thus had to file a federal case No. 07-6110 in the Central District Ct of CA, and am looking for some guidance. Can you pls tell me once my case is denied as forma pauperis, I am on a $560/mo SS income, do I appeal to the 9th Circuit, or do I need to file a reconsideration or rehearing motion first? thank you.
