		<description>Great. That doesn&#039;t change the fact that the petty little bill is a bill that is little and petty and that Arlen Specter is pushing the bill because of animus. He even said as much when he spoke to news reporters, the last time his bill was in the news. Plenty of Coloradans supported Amendment 2 as well, but that didn&#039;t stop the court from striking it down because it lacked a rational-basis. You just can&#039;t pass laws because of animus. Specter&#039;s bill might as well be called &quot;I&#039;m really old and angry at the Court and I want to be on it so I can give alien terrorists the right to Social Security benefits&quot;.
