Chief Judge Mary Schroeder and Manuel Real don't come out looking too good after Breyer's report (see C-7 for a description). Both of them ought to resign. They have no business exercising judicial power after Real's flagrant abuse and Schroeder's plainly inadequate response to it. Certainly, they have no moral right to demand adherence to judicial orders emanating from them, given the gross abuse of judicial power committed by Real.
