		<description>I thought Jan was talking about OT 2008, but I may have assumed that because, as you note, it would be very strange for the court to decide to add a week of argument for OT 2007, given the current state of cert. grants.

Justice O&#039;Connor seemed to think that the Court would have difficulty even finding enough cases for October, though she may have been speaking more generally about having granted enough cases by October to fill the calendar for the remainder of the year.

		<description>In light of the info in this thread and having read the court might prefer cert petitions be filed before summer recess, in order for the Justices to determine whether to grant a cert petition before summer recess for OT 2007 when would the petition need to be received by the Court? Given the argument scheduling, are petitions received through the end of May-first week of June being expedited for the cert determination? What is the protocol?
