Justice O'Connor seemed to think that the Court would have difficulty even finding enough cases for October, though she may have been speaking more generally about having granted enough cases by October to fill the calendar for the remainder of the year. Given the argument scheduling, are petitions received through the end of May-first week of June being expedited for the cert determination?
