A law student has concluded that AEDPA transgresses Article III boundaries? And a <i>managing editor of a law review</i>, no less? This changes everything! <p> I mean no disrespect to the author of the article. I simply find amusing the substantial space this blog elected to devote to a student piece, as well as its attempt to shore up the student's bona fides by referring to his law review position. </p> Stop the presses!
