Here is the brochure for a conference on Supreme Court nominations at American University’s Washington College of Law on April 6 with: Charles Fried, Drew Days, Marci Hamilton, David Strauss, Brad Berenson, Manuel Miranda, Cliff Sloan, and Ron Weich. The panels will be moderated by Nina Totenberg and Tom Goldstein.

  1. Is the Grokster oral argument transcript available yet?

    TG responds: not publicly at least. I’m sure that the content companies have copies, but it won’t be released publicly for a few weeks.
