		<description>I’ll leave it others to comment on the substance of the Tellabs decision, but it’s curious that one of the petitioners in Tellabs is Richard Notebaert, who was accused in the complaint of making falsely misleading statements about Tellabs’ financial health. Is that the same Richard Notebaert whose comment that competing in the territory of another ILEC “might be a good way to turn a quick dollar but that doesn’t make it right” was central to the antitrust complaint in Twombly? If so (and since the name is so unusual it probably is), can anyone recall another instance in which a single individual has played a central role in two cases in a single Term involving totally different areas of the law?
