		<description>Perhaps this is obvious, but since it seems that the SG files far fewer petitions for certiorari than in some years past, it also means that environmental cases make up a significant percentage of the SG&#039;s filings.

The question presented in that case is &quot;[w]hether the court of appeals failed to apply the proper standard of review under the Administrative Procedure Act in evaluating whether the Forest Service had complied with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, 42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq., and the National Forest Management Act of 1976, 16 U.S.C. 1600 et seq.&quot;  The SG, on behalf of the federal respondents, does not oppose the petition.
